Our Brews

As you might guess, one of the most important parts about being a brew pub is the beer that we brew. This is why our brewmaster continues to tweak each recipe so that our beer is as close to perfection as we can expect here on earth. We have three brews available throughout the year, as well as several seasonal brews that are available for a limited time only.

	Mike's Own I.P.A. This crisp and clean tasting blonde ale goes down smooth, leaving a slightly fruity presence to linger at the back of your mouth. Its light body is lively and welcoming, but relaxed and unassuming, and we're sure that you'll find its sincere demeanour will make you content and happy.
	Specklebelly's Honey Brown Specklebelly's Honey Brown is the latest offering in the Specklebelly's lineup. After all, obtaining the perfect balance of honey sweetness and hop bitters for a mild, gentle, and still bold honey brown is not easy. Now that we've reached that optimum balance, however, this brew is one that will please your palette and your soul.
	Silver Lager No second place entry, Specklebelly's Silver Lager takes its name from the Premium Harrington Second Row Barley bestowed upon it, fresh from the earth. With a clean and refreshing appearance hiding a lurking crisp and slightly bitter undertone, this is one lager that will surprise and delight those who partake.
	Red Leaf Lager If ever there were a test of Canadianness, the final question might simply be a pint of Red Leaf Lager, chilled and sparkling fresh. With a hint of carmel added, this lager offers no bitter attitude and goes smooth and polite, in true Canadian fashion.
	Raspberry Ale There are few beverages out there that can match a cold beer on a hot summer day. And few beer can touch Specklebelly's Raspberry Ale when it comes to a light cold touch. With a hint of raspberry and the crisp special-filtered water that offers a veritable oasis of flavour, it's no wonder there's never enough Raspberry to go around.
